Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to the work of Fort Bend Women's Center and offer several opportunities for caring individuals and groups who want to make a difference in the lives of survivors and their children.

Be An Advocate

Interested in advocating on behalf of Fort Bend Women's Center in the community? We offer Office of Attorney General certified training courses each year to educate and equip advocates to help us spread awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Please note: Attendance for all sessions, completion of 10 online self-led hours, and a score of 80% or higher on the final exam are required to receive the Certificate of Completion. 

Provides all the minimum services as defined in the Texas Government Code, Section 420.003 (1-e). and satisfies the statutory requirement in Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 56.045.
